Newark Youths Unite Neighborhood with Earthquake Preparedness
A group of East Bay youngsters are making sure their neighbors are ready for the next big earthquake. Parisa Deokule, a 15-year-old team leader, said the group noticed a lot of people who did not have earthquake kits, which inspired their efforts.
