i booked a trip from Milwaukee to Frankfurt stopping at Newark--do i have to show ID on the Mil-Newark flight
I know i have to use the domestic Terminal at Milwaukee, but i have never flown before and i am not sure if i need to show somebody some ID before i enter the plane, from Milwaukee to Newark. i know i have to Show my Passport on the Newark-Frankfurt. Also i have a 3 hour layover at Newark is there any suggestions on what i should do there during that time?

Yes you must show an offical government issued photo ID in order to get on any plane in the United States. This has been in effect since about 1996 after the Oklahoma city bombing of the Federal Building in htat city. All passengers must show an official government issued photo ID which is basically your state drivers license or a non-drivers license id or a valid US Passport. So since you are going to Frankfurt you will have your US Passport with you so you just need to show this (passport) govt issued photo id in order to initiate your domestic travel from Milwaukee to Newark. Then as you know you will have to again show your Passport when boarding the flight to Frankfurt from Newark airport.

CO/Continental will require from you at counter your passport, as you will be flying an international flight! EWR Aiport = walk! And some great pizza near C110!
