go to Orbitz, put in Newark and JFK and the dates you want to fly and Orbitz will give you a list of possible flights and their prices.
2 :
Go on a site such as Orbitz, Hotwire, or Priceline.com. It is possible to fly from EWR to JFK, but you'll have to connect in Washington, DC or Boston. There are currently no non-stop flights between the two airports.

You are joking aren't you? Newark Airport (EWR) & JFK Airport, New York are just 21 miles apart in flying distance, so there are no airlines offering flights between the two. http://www.travelmath.com/flight-distance/from/EWR/to/JFK It's possible to transfer from one to the other by helicopter, however, and one such company can be seen in the attached - http://www.dinnerdancecruises.com/helicopters/airport.html

There is no direct flight between both airports since they are too close . Booking a flight between both places via Washington or Philadelphia may cost more than $300 and may last several hours (6 hours or more) due to connecting time.
