How Long is a flight from EWR(Newark) airport to HNL(Honolulu) Airport?
I Would Love to go to Hawaii, but I have a special need sister and I would like to know how long it would take to get there. It would also help if you knew if there was a non- stop flight to and from, but I doubt there is. Thanks for your help :) Happy New Year!

Hi! There are some non-stop flights to Honolulu, however they are a bit pricier ($100-200 more), but this might be something you a willing to pay if it will make the trip easier for your sister. A non-stop flight is almost 11 hours. I used the sample dates March 12-March 19 on expedia.com and found then nonstop flight I mentioned above for $979 R/T

There are non-stop flights operated by Continental Airlines on Boeing 767-400ER aircraft. The flight time is estimated to be 10 hours and 40 minutes for the EWR-HNL segment and 9 hours 40 minutes for the HNL-EWR segment. Continental has BusinessFirst seats as well as economy seats on these flights. For travel dates April 14 - April 21, 2010 these tickets cost $690/person plus taxes and fees. They do offer complimentary meal service on board these flights in both classes of travel.
